MW Boston Delivery is hiring reliable, motivated Delivery Drivers to join our growing team in Norwood, Massachusetts.

Starting Pay: $25.00 per hour

No previous delivery experience is required. We provide the training you need to succeed.

What You’ll Do:
As a Delivery Associate, you’ll operate a company-provided delivery van and deliver packages to customers throughout an assigned route. Routes typically consist of a concentrated area within a city or town.

Your responsibilities will include:
  • Safely and efficiently operating a company delivery vehicle.
  • Delivering packages weighing up to 50 lbs.
  • Providing professional and dependable customer service.
  • Completing required vehicle inspections before and after your route.
  • Following all traffic laws and company safety procedures.
  • Keeping your assigned vehicle clean and organized.
  • Completing your route within the designated timeframe.
  • Following company policies and procedures.
  • Communicating with the dispatch team throughout your shift.
  • Working together with the entire team to complete daily delivery commitments.

What We’re Looking For:
We are looking for dependable people who are ready to work, learn, and be part of a team.

Applicants must:
  • Have a valid driver’s license.
  • Be legally authorized to work in the United States.
  • Meet the minimum legal age requirement for the position.
  • Be able to lift packages weighing up to 50 lbs.
  • Be comfortable driving a large delivery van.
  • Be dependable and report to scheduled shifts on time.
  • Be available to work weekdays and weekends, including Saturdays and Sundays.
  • No previous delivery experience is required.

Pay & Schedule:
  • Starting Pay: $25.00 per hour
  • Job Types: Full-Time and Part-Time
  • Shifts: Approximately 8–10 hours
  • Schedule: Monday through Sunday
  • Weekend availability is required.
